All sticks, including wood, are available in Junior, Intermediate and varying Senior flexes with several different shaft and blade compositions.

The varying flexes allow players of different strengths to maximize their shot velocity.

Stick length is a personal preference, but a rule of thumb is the stick should fit under the chin when the player is standing on skates.

Composite sticks in this price range ,while slightly heavier than the elite models, seem to be more durable.
